This internship is in ITRI's Electronics and Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories(EOSL), located on our main campus in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

This is an exciting long-term internship opportunity. We’re looking for candidates who can commit to around 6 months. You’ll join a dynamic team, gain hands-on experience, and work on impactful projects that will help you develop valuable skills for your future career.

Job Description:

1. Circuit Design, Verification, and Integration Development
-Develop specialized hardware acceleration circuits based on ARM or RISC-V system architecture.
-Perform system circuit functional verification using simulation tools (e.g., Haps, Zebu...).
-Deploy applications using ARM or RISC-V software toolchains.
2. Development and Research of Emerging AI Accelerators
-Multi-sensor fusion computation acceleration.
-Large Language Model (LLM) computation acceleration.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Master's or Ph.D. students.
