This internship will be based at ITRI's main campus in Chutung, Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

This internship is open to foreign students studying at universities in Taiwan, and also to university students from around the world.. For students in Taiwan, the internship can begin as soon as March 1, working up to 20 hours/week during the semester, and potentially working full-time during summer vacation. Students outside Taiwan must be available to come for at least 10 weeks between April and September.

Internship Content

1. Develop tool chain for embedded system functionality/performance.
2. Deep Learning in FPGA and DLA design。
3. Optimized operating system
4. Develop/debug Linux kernel and drivers
5. Team communication/independent thinking and problem analysis。

Desired Qualifications

1. Upperclass undergraduate or above student, majoring in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Communication Engineering or related field.
2. Knowledge of Microprocessor Architecture, Digital Circuit design, Operating systems, Embedded Systems.
3. Familiar with C/C++/Python/Matlab/Verilog/VHDL.
4. Digital signal processing experience preferred
