This internship is in ITRI's Electronics and Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories(EOSL), located on our main campus in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

This is an exciting long-term internship opportunity. We’re looking for candidates who can commit to around 6 months. You’ll join a dynamic team, gain hands-on experience, and work on impactful projects that will help you develop valuable skills for your future career.

Job Description:

1. Support the execution of government or private sector projects, involving the development and testing of EDA software integration or system integration.
2. paper surveys to explore the latest advancements in semiconductor packaging design, AI, and optimization-related fields, and provide summarized insights.
3. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Weekly work summaries are required to be presented in PPT or Word format, using diagrams, text, and examples for clear illustration.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Education: Current university students or above.
2. Major: Mathematics and Computer Science, Computer Science-related fields, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
3. Skills(Candidates should possess one or more of the following):
   -Familiarity with AI and optimization algorithms is a plus.
   -Knowledge in the field of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) is a plus.
